Whatevs. I like glo-in-the-dark stuff so I was totally content. I also love dancers wearing boxes on their heads so there was that too.
A lot of people are complaining Slash is too old to be rocking at the Super Bowl; others complain the BEP’s megatron-y schtick has completely worn out its welcome. Maybe. Here are some other things well past their prime (the fat jiggler only arguably so!):

I also loved the halftime show! I danced it out in my living room. I also love how Slash looks exactly like he did in the 90s. Of course, when your face is covered up, it's easy to look the same. Maybe I should start covering my face with my hair too!
You, my friend, are the bomb dot com! BEP will go down in history as one of the best ever and I hate to tell people but Slash will never die let alone be too old to rock. I frickin' loved the half time show! Go box heads go and glo all you want, I'm so there! WOOT WOOT!
Oh and by the way, you are not just the Parent of the Week but one of my all time favorite parents of a lifetime! You're doing it and doing it right! Rock on Sista!

I love you for many things and today it is because you loved the half time show.
WHAT THE FRIG WASN'T GREAT ABOUT IT???? NOTHING I SAY NOTHING!!! And just in case you can't follow my double negatives, I loved it. I loved The Black-eyed Peas, Slash, Usher, and whoever the heck else was shaking their tookus on that field. And honestly, I really don't care that Fergie can't sing all the time, does it really matter if the beat is boppin? I think not. And she's got plenty of soul, that has to count for something.
In my very important opinion this was the best half time show I've seen in a very long time. So there all you haters!
Oh, and by the way. The grub looks divine. I need a Schwann's man. I really love their ice cream sandwiches, just in case you care. But I think I could totes dig that green bean fry. But only if they sell them in packages larger than one. I mean I don't eat like a bear, but one aint gonna cut it.

I totally agree about half time. I thought they rocked it. What else can you do with a half time show besides a medley and some dancing? I thought it was entertaining and great.
Yes! I knew my readers would also love the halftime show! You guys are the coolest. I wish we all could have watched it and rocked out together!
Also, I love my Schwan's man. He has saved my hiney in more than one instance. This year he saved the entire Super Bowl. Huge.
